Temporary Employer Sponsored Visa Costs

The current Visa Application Charge for the Business (Long Stay) Temporary Subclass 457 Visa is AU$260. This fee is subject to change – please contact our office for confirmation.

The current Nomination Charge is AU$70 per nomination.

The current Sponsorship Application Charge is AU$345

Permanent Visa Costs

The application fee for the ENS Visa (Permanent Visa) is currently AU$1,705 or AU$2,525.

Cost Guide

Below is a general guide regarding the costs involved in making an ENS Visa (Permanent Visa) application.

Permanent Visa Application Charge	AU$1,705 or AU$2,525	This fee includes the visa applicant and any other dependent members of the immediate family. Payment must be made at the time of application and it is non-refundable.
Medical Examination	Approx. AU$350	This fee is payable for each person included in your application and must be paid directly to the doctor conducting your examination.
Character Clearance (police check)	Variable	This fee is payable to the police authorities in the countries where you have lived for 12 months or more.
Certification / Translation of documents	Variable	This fee is payable to the person responsible for certifying / translating your documents.

Processing times will vary from state to state and according to business circumstances.

Processing time is generally 1 to 3 months for Employer Nomination Scheme Visas.

Please call for the processing time for a 457 Visa.
